The Meaning of my Logo
I’ve been asked a few times about my logo, so I thought it would be appropriate to explain its meaning here.
When I reached out to the designer, I had a few elements that I knew I wanted - a triangle, representing strength, structure, and resilience, sacred geometry representing the forces that connect us all, embodying Spirit, and illustrating our interconnectedness. I also wanted to incorporate some vibes from my Native American roots, but I wasn’t sure how to do so.
After a few rounds with the design team, I landed on this logo:
This is more than a mark for my business. It’s symbolic of my heart and spirit, and it reflects the work I am called to do.
The design is simple, but every element and shape carries weight. When I work with my clients (founders, athletes, teams, leaders), the process is always some version of the same thing: return to center, build from the inside out, and lead from what matters most.
Triangle
Looking at my logo, view the Triangle as representing integration, structure, resilience, and direction. The sacred geometry, an upward-pointing triangle, is fire, or the active creative force, and embodies masculine energy in the purest form: purposeful, disciplined, and forward-moving.
Being a Christian, I also deeply resonated with how the triangle represents the Trinity. For me, I saw three groups of three:
mind, body, and spirit
thought, word, and deed
awareness, ownership, and responsibility
Sounds like a lot, I know, but zooming out, the synergy of the nine words amalgamates into a ball of vibrant energy. In simple terms, the triangle is a container for growth. I see it, and it challenges me to align with who I am, how I show up, and how I lead. It reminds me that challenge creates strength, and that is where transformation happens.
Circle
The Circle in the center is a sacred space. It is the symbol of wholeness, unity, and the self.
One of the challenges I have faced this year is related to self-love. More on that later, but in short, the power of self-love is the most foundational element of our lives, and sadly, one we neglect so easily and unconsciously.
But back to the circle. This symbol serves as a reminder that the center of self must be both protected and integrated into our lives. When we return to center, to a clear container of structure and support, true growth happens. Two of the most beautiful things I see and am reminded of when I see that circle are:
That I am held. I am held by community, by purpose, and by something infinitely larger than myself.
The circle represents the part of me that never needed to be fixed. It only needs to be remembered and embraced..
I help my clients reconnect with that center, that place of peace, clarity, and truth within.
Rays
Emanating from the triangle are subtle rays, like beams of light, symbolizing emergence and strength. They are strategically placed, rising from below and focused above. These powerful rays represent:
Grounded clarity arising from our lived experiences
Purposeful direction moving toward a higher vision
Resilience that shines through structure and alignment
Imagine these rays as what happens when a person or a team reclaims their center. Do you see the light expanding? Their strength stabilizing? Direction becoming clear?
If you are with me so far, please allow me to offer a distilled version of the longer story:
The triangle holds the container for growth
The circle reveals the self within that container
The radiating lines express emergence and the light that comes from living in alignment.
What I love and appreciate about my logo is that it is a visual metaphor for my mission: to guide people into true alignment by encouraging them to discover what matters most, so they can rise up into who they are divinely created to be.
