I've helped build a public company from the inside, led culture, coached founders, and lived the pressure cooker of startup life. I've directed a nonprofit based in a literal warzone, managed my own construction business, and served on multiple nonprofit boards.

I catch team fractures before they turn into fault lines, and I build the kind of trust that scales. I combine real-world experience with professional coaching credentials, startup fluency, and a "results-first" mindset, all grounded in ICF ethics.
